Dr. Kanta Prasad Sharma is an accomplished academician, researcher, and innovator in the field of computer science and engineering, with over 16 years of teaching and research experience across leading universities in India. He is currently serving as a professor at Amity University, Uttar Pradesh (Greater Noida Campus), where he also contributes as a research coordinator, fostering innovation and guiding advanced research initiatives. A prolific researcher, Dr. Sharma has authored and co-authored over 120 research papers, with 95 indexed in Scopus and 65 in Web of Science/SCI journals. His work spans IoT, artificial intelligence, navigation systems, machine learning, and data security, with significant contributions to map-matching algorithms, smart navigation, and healthcare applications of IoT. Beyond publications, he has an impressive record of 30 granted patents (national and international) and multiple copyrights, demonstrating his commitment to practical innovation.
